Job summary

Vision Automotive Group in Rochester, NY is seeking an Automotive Technician with advanced skills and leadership experience to join our team. You will diagnose concerns, communicate with the service team and customers, and stay current with factory training.

We offer a signing bonus up to $5,000, hourly bonus incentives, health insurance, 401K, paid vacation and on-the-job training. Full-time schedule with five days per week, competitive pay based on experience and skill.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum mechanical experience.
• NYS Automotive Inspectors License Required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with service team, other dealership personnel and customers.
• Stay current with all factory training and technical statuses acquired.
• Keep work area clean and orderly per OSHA standards.
• Accurately diagnose customer concerns using all available tools.
• Obtain accurate repair quotes for labor and parts and availability.
• Perform proper quality controls on all repairs performed.
