Job summary

Findlay Toyota Spokane is looking for an automotive detailer to restore vehicles to showroom condition according to customer wishes. You will wash exteriors and interiors, shampoo interiors, wax and buff, and use detailing tools to remove dirt and protect surfaces.

This full-time role offers a flat hourly rate and a path to growth within a large automotive group. A valid driver's license and prior detailing experience are required, along with physical ability to stand for long periods and lift

Qualifications

Automotive detailing experience required.
Physically capable: stand for extended hours, lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Wash the exterior and interior of a vehicle according to the customer's wishes.
Shampoo & vacuum interior (seats, rugs, trunk, roof).
Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines.
Vacuum to remove dirt and debris, clean upholstery and surfaces, use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply preservation chemicals.
Apply dyes, paints and waxes to protect leather or fabric surfaces.
Clean engines or engine compartments from grease.
