Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math and operate POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Open the shop and manage daily operations and transactions.
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of the detail shop and surrounding areas.
• Coordinate with Gas Station Manager for scheduling, reports, and incidents.
• Assist with customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Conduct new hire interviews and participate in performance discussions.
