Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive detailing experience.
• Hands-on buffing, polishing, and paint correction.
• Experience in fast-paced dealership or reconditioning environments.
• Ability to perform physical labor including standing, bending, lifting, and moving vehicles.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Able to operate automatic and manual transmissions.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and strong teamwork with leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced interior and exterior detailing services including washing, clay bar, buffing, waxing, and stain removal.
• Apply paint correction techniques such as compounding and swirl removal.
• Conduct final quality inspections ensuring dealership standards before delivery.
• Safely move, park, and stage vehicles on lot.
• Train and mentor junior detailers on procedures and quality standards.
• Handle detailing chemicals and equipment safely.
• Meet daily production goals and turnaround times.
• Communicate workflow challenges to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Support ship operations and assist teammates to maintain productivity.
