Responsibilities

• Prep, mask, and refinish vehicles following collision repairs
• Produce high‑quality paint finishes and accurate color matches
• Buff as needed
• Maintain paint booth cleanliness and organizationHelp manage paint workflow to maintain efficiency and cycle times
• Coordinate with body technicians and production staff to ensure quality repairs
• Maintain a professional and team‑oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive painter in a collision repair facility
• Strong knowledge of refinish processes, materials, and equipment
• Experience with waterborne paint systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Dependable with strong work habits and communication skills
