The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia seeks an experienced auditor to provide internal audit coverage across local and System engagements, including Auditor-in-Charge responsibilities. You will coordinate with the Board and other agencies, ensuring independent assurance and adherence to governance standards.
Under limited supervision, the role may involve travel (up to 5%–10%), training, and collaboration with bank management to identify control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.

The Audit Department assists the Bank's Board of Directors and senior management in the effective discharge of their responsibilities by assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of controls within Bank business areas over financial reporting and other critical operations, effectiveness and efficiency of operations, compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations, and the adequacy of the Bank's risk management and governance processes.
Under limited supervision and oversight, this role provides internal audit coverage through a variety of assignments including but not limited to assisting or leading as Auditor-in-Charge (AIC) complex local and System audit work, project monitoring, special reviews and/or projects and liaison assignments. Represent the department and the System Audit Community on workgroups and assist the Board of Governors (Board) or other agencies with reviews of other Reserve Banks. Provide independent, objective assurance and exercise professional skepticism designed to identify and assess control weaknesses and deficiencies and to recommend improvement opportunities.
The salary grade for this position is: Dual grade 13/14. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
