MetLife is seeking a Lead Auditor – Data & AI to join its Global Internal Audit organization. As part of Internal Audit at MetLife, you’ll play a critical role protecting MetLife and its stakeholders by delivering both independent, risk‑based, and objective assurance through audit execution and providing advice and insights through strategic advisory engagements. Collaborating across the company, you’ll use your strategic problem‑solving skills, consulting expertise, and ethical standards to support the company’s growth strategy. As Lead Auditor – Data & AI, you will deliver independent assurance over some of the company’s most important and innovative initiatives, working closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams across the enterprise. You will help advance how Internal Audit approaches emerging risks, modernize audit techniques, and influence how governance keeps pace with technology.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine technical expertise, risk mindset, and strategic impact—while helping shape the future of responsible data and AI across a global organization.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 - $150,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation and stock‑based long‑term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
