Job summary

Community Action Stops Abuse Inc is seeking an IFP Lead Attorney to provide legal representation for survivors of domestic violence in Florida. The attorney will manage a team and ensure adherence to CASA's policies while participating in ongoing legal training and community support.

Qualified candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree and have at least two years of related litigation experience. This role requires a strong understanding of intimate partner violence and the ability to work in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of litigation experience, preferably in domestic violence cases.
• Florida licensed attorney in good standing.
• Experience managing and directing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation to survivors of violence in injunction proceedings.
• Manage a staff of IFP Project Attorneys and Paralegals.
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities.
