Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Station Attendant in Coos Bay, OR to greet customers, provide friendly service, and handle daily cash and paperwork with accuracy. Responsibilities include cleaning pumps, assisting with fuel dispensers, and performing monthly inventory while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

You will work independently and as part of a team, reporting to the Territory Manager, and must have strong math, communication, attendance, and customer service skills, including weekend

Job Details

Job Location: Station - Coos Bay - Coos Bay, OR 97420

• Daily cash balance and document processes
• Monthly inventory
• Assist Territory Manager with operational needs
• Provide friendly service to customers
• Greet and assist customers
• Assist with fuel dispensers
• Clean gas pumps and surrounding areas

Additional Functions

• Learn, maintain, and operate all processes associated with the position including paperwork and scheduling
• Responsible to report to work at the scheduled time; be a team member who can be depended upon to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner; be conscientious about assignments
• Maintain a team environment with other employees and departments
• Maintain a high level of customer service and friendly atmosphere
• Other duties as needed to help maintain a clean and professional environment.
• Light janitorial duties, collect and dispose of trash, wash windows, clean and maintain equipment, lot, car wash and building interior/exterior.

Working Conditions

• Will stand and walk for duration of shift
• Regularly maneuver up to 20 pounds
• Exposure to variable temperatures (indoor, outdoor, walk-in cooler)
• Work with cleaning solvents and chemicalsDaily exposure to gasoline and oil products.
