Job summary

Cognito Systems, in collaboration with the U.S. Army's Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program, seeks a Lead Athletic Trainer for Ft. Irwin, CA.

You will serve as Brigade Lead AT and advisor on injury control, reconditioning, and performance optimization for Soldiers with diverse physical conditions. Qualifications include CAATE accreditation, BOC exam, licensure in a regulated state, five years of AT experience, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Requires CAATE accreditation for AT education.
• BOC certification and active state licensure.
• Five years of athletic training experience in active populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brigade Athletic Trainer and advise on acute care and injury control.
• Coordinate with H2F team to support training programs for Soldiers.
• Ensure AT scope aligns with brigade training calendar and communications.
• Prepare and present Monthly Status Reports with recommendations.
