Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product management process for complex apparel programs.
• Coordinate product development across multiple teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage products with moving parts (uniforms, logos, graphics, brand collaborations, performance apparel).
• Lead meetings and presentations with internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate product status, priorities, risks, and decisions clearly across stakeholders.
• Partner with design, merchandising, sourcing, manufacturing, and development teams to move projects forward.
• Track timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and milestones for execution.
• Build relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve alignment.
• Provide structure and direction in a fast-paced environment.
