Cardinal Health Reno is seeking a Lead Associate to join the Warehouse Operations team on a full-time day shift. You will help plan daily workloads, support a safety-focused, compliant operation, and ensure accurate picking, packing and shipping. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and willingness to work in 36°F-42°F environments.

This position emphasizes teamwork, process improvements, and adherence to Cardinal Health policies while supporting a fast-paced distribution network.

Qualifications

Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity. ***What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health*** Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers. ***Accountabilities**** Works closely with management to maintain receiving standards and ensure that proper processes are followed* Support the supervisor in leading the team’s efforts in adhering to all government (OSHA, DEA, SBOP, FDA) regulations as well as safety, security and cleanliness of the warehouse* Ensures that Cardinal Health’s principles, policies and procedures are consistently practiced* Coordinate workflow to accomplish overall business objectives (i.e., pick, pack and ship on time and accurately, cycle counts, returns, and clean-up).
