Job summary

Greeneye Technology in Salina, Kansas is seeking a Senior Assembly Technician to lead the assembly, installation, QA, and testing of Greeneye systems on agricultural sprayers. This hands-on role requires you to guide a Junior Assembly Technician, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure every system is correctly assembled and fully tested before release.

You will collaborate with the North America Operations Site Leader and cross-functional teams, read engineering drawings, follow BOMs and work

Qualifications

• 5+ years assembling, installing, testing, or servicing complex equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Experience guiding or training other technicians.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform the assembly and installation of Greeneye systems.
• Follow engineering drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Perform quality inspections and complete testing of every installed system.
• Verify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, communication, and system functionality.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot assembly or testing issues.
• Ensure all issues are resolved and retested before release.
• Complete assembly, QA, and testing documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and training to the Junior Assembly Technician.
• Coordinate assembly activities according to the production schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Communicate progress and issues to Site Leader.
