Job summary

Clayton Manufacturing in Texas seeks a capable Production Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive production goals. You will mentor teams, schedule timelines, delegate tasks, and conduct trainings to maximize performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of TRU experience, strong communication, and a proactive, humble, and team-focused mindset. Oracle/ERP familiarity is preferred; this role is on-site with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with TRU.
• Level 3 skills within the department – Preferred.
• Demonstrates initiative and assertiveness.
• Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and internal customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent attendance
• Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
• Ideal Team Player qualities (Humble, Hungry, Smart).
• Knowledge of Oracle, ERP systems preferred.
