The role will supervise milling crews, safely operate heavy equipment, and support project delivery across the state. Qualifications

• Experience operating milling equipment and leading crews.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR record.
• Ability to safely manage heavy equipment and coordinate with trucking.
• Welding skills for making repairs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead and train crew members on milling operations.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR record.
• Operate milling machinery and other heavy equipment safely.
• Travel within Arizona to and from jobsites as required.
• Oversee milling projects from start to finish and coordinate daily activities.
• Document issues and complete reports using computer software.
