Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required; other training preferred.
• Experience leading field crews on cladding projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings.
• Strong safety, scheduling, and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subcontractors with focus on quality, productivity, and safety.
• Conduct daily jobsite visits to ensure workmanship and OSHA compliance.
• Plan materials, equipment, and manpower to prevent delays.
• Manage change orders and cost impacts to maintain schedule and budget.
• Submit weekly progress, safety, and quality reports.
• Perform final quality inspections and ensure timely project completion.
