CVS Health is seeking a Lead Architect, Solution Engineering to design end-to-end solution architectures for highly complex initiatives within the PBM space. You will lead a small team of architects and work with business and IT stakeholders to modernize our technology stack.
The role involves driving architecture governance, enabling AI/ML initiatives, and ensuring adherence to guiding principles while delivering reusable technology assets across the enterprise.

The Lead Architect, Solution Engineering will be responsible for the business solution designs that includes working at the business unit level developing the most advanced end-to-end solution architecture for highly complex and significant initiatives in partnership with key business and IT stakeholders. He will also be responsible to manage small team of architects doing similar work across various functional groups.
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $118,450.00 - $260,590.00.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
