Peadon Finein Architecture is seeking a Lead Architect to guide design talent and oversee documentation from concept through construction administration. You will serve as a role model and mentor for the architectural staff while building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

The role requires collaboration with Managing Principals, Project Managers, and designers to ensure design quality, project profitability, and adherence to codes.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university.
• 7+ years of design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with graphics software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Photoshop is preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and a strong team ethic.
• Ability to interact professionally with office leadership, support staff, and clients.
• Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle stressful situations.
• Be a good team member fostering a positive work culture.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all aspects of architectural design, including conceptual studies, programming, schematic documents, design development documents, and construction documents.
• Develop strong relationships within the firm and with our clients. This includes working side-by-side in a team environment with our Managing Principals, Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, and Emerging Professionals on active production.
• Responsible for overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm's strategic priorities.
• Promote and foster collaboration and engagement with all team members.
• Manage, direct and mentor Project Managers, Architects, and junior staff.
