Responsibilities

• Promote the archery program within the school community, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the archery program, including practices, contests, and competition strategies.
• Manage the archery program operations, including equipment, scheduling, travel, and budgeting, in coordination with the Athletic Department and other coaching staff.
• Provide leadership and guidance to coaches at all program levels to ensure a cohesive coaching staff and program alignment.
• Actively seek out and identify coaching talent, including faculty, staff, and community coaches, who can contribute to the program.
• Organise and oversee youth clinics, summer camps, and development programmes to build the program’s pipeline of talent.
• Build connections with middle school students to promote the sport and engage younger students.
• Foster a team culture built on the school’s mission and values.
• Build rapport and strong relationships with all student-athletes on the team.
• Monitor the academic performance of student-athletes to ensure eligibility requirements are met.
