Qualifications

• Minimum three years of tree climbing and aerial lift experience in tree care.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage tree care crews according to company standards.
• Safely perform various arboricultural tasks such as pruning and removals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
