Zusammenfassung

Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department seeks a Sr Maintenance and Operations Technician to support the Aquatics Repair team. You will perform plumbing maintenance across indoor/outdoor pools and spray grounds, assist with fountain installations and repairs, and contribute to keeping parks’ aquatic facilities premier for residents and visitors.

The role mainly operates daytime hours, Monday–Friday, with possible evenings/weekends based on needs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience related to area of assignment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance services to aquatic facilities
• Assist in installation and repair of decorative fountains
• Assist in manual labor such as pipe laying, painting, carpentry and other construction tasks
• Operate power mowers, chainsaws, brush cutter, edger and clippers, power washers, ATVs, litter vacuum, and other equipment used in facility maintenance, landscaping, roadside maintenance, and right of way cleaning.
