Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Application Security Senior Manager to establish and grow the AS practice for commercial clients. You will lead a team of engineers and architects, define standards and services, and work with client development teams to embed secure-by-design practices.

You will also drive technical mentoring, security assessments, and remediation plans, while integrating Frontier AI solutions to enhance client environments and support cross-functional delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with application development and software security solutions.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in Application Security.
• Experience across SDLC, vulnerability management, threat modeling, and modern development tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow Booz Allen's Application Security practice for commercial clients.
• Define the team's direction, standards, and requirements for services and solutions.
• Educate and influence client software engineering teams on cybersecurity best practices.
• Lead security posture assessments and remediation planning across development and operations.
• Lead business development and sales activities related to Application Security.
