5+ years of application development experience.
2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or technical lead experience.
Experience managing enterprise applications in production environments.
Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of application developers and technical professionals.
Provide technical guidance and architectural direction for enhancements and modernization initiatives.
Lead SDLC activities from requirements to deployment and support.
