Mr. Appliance of Scottsdale & East Valley seeks a Lead Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose and repair home appliances, lead a technician team, and provide top-tier customer service. You will be the face of the company, ensuring accurate diagnoses, helpful explanations, and dependable on-site support.

The role offers training, a schedule without nights or weekends, and a path to advanced expertise with added бонусs and incentives. A company vehicle is provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Five years of appliance repair experience is a plus.

Your Responsibilities As Lead Appliance Technician

As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key component in providing excellent customer service to our customers and our team of Appliance Repair Technicians.

Here Are Your Primary Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments.
• Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
• Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
• Effectively communicate with the office.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Previous experience of five years or more in appliance repair is a plus!

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $25 to $40 per hour and is commission based and will depend on your experience in appliance repair. You also will have the opportunity to earn bonuses.
