Job summary

Mr. Appliance is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose and repair home appliances, provide cost estimates, and ensure high-quality service for customers. You will order parts, document repairs, communicate clearly with customers, and uphold safety and efficiency.

Training is provided, with opportunities to advance to Master Technician. This role emphasizes punctuality and a customer-first mindset, with a competitive pay plan including daily guarantee and commissions; top earners

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type 1 or Universal CFC Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1+ year appliance repair experience considered a plus.

You aren’t afraid to research new equipment and take advantage of training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.Job RequirementsThe following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the Appliance Technician position.· High school diploma or equivalent· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record· EPA Type 1 or Universal CFC Certification required.Previous experience of one year or more in appliance repair is a plus!Benefits & PayThe pay range for this position is $60,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on your experience in appliance repair. You also will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.Compensation: Our technicians are usually paid on a daily guarantee to start and eventually a commission based on revenue, but Compensation type is subject to negotiation with you.
