Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an Installation Associate to deliver, install, and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings. This on-site role requires leading installation teams, coordinating with customers, and maintaining inventory to ensure smooth project execution.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm or route completion. Eligible for benefits, training, and growth opportunities within a Fortune 500 company with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued license required.
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• Excellent customer service skills a must.
• Strong leadership and time-management abilities.
• Excellent mechanical skills; willingness to learn new things.

Responsabilités

• Train associates on proper installation procedures.
• Consult with associates and customers at job sites.
• Order parts to maintain inventory.
• Perform quality checks on the installation work to ensure proper installation practices.
• Record and report faults, deficiencies, and other occurrences; track time and materials.
• Manage installation-related issues and provide solutions.
• Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans/specs and locate malfunctions.
• Install or replace machinery, equipment, appliances and parts.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Train associates on proper installation procedures.
• Consult with associates and customers at job sites.
• Order parts to maintain inventory.
• Perform quality checks on the installation work to ensure proper installation practices are used.
• Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.
• Manage installation related issues and provide solutions.
• Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions.
• Install or replace machinery, equipment, appliances and new or replacement parts.
• Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations is required.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in a lead role is highly preferred.
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Must have great mechanical skills and willingness to learn new things.
• With the assistance of lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled, the ability to lift 90+ pound objects constantly.
• Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers.
• Excellent customer service skills are a must!
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.

Pay Range:

• $24.78
• $39.66
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.

The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
