  • Experience supporting supplier quality programs, manufacturing readiness, quality governance, risk management, continuous improvement, quality data or high-visibility product execution.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners while maintaining clear quality governance and accountability.

  • Ability to work in Beaverton, OR.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience supporting apparel and textiles manufacturing, supplier quality, or production readiness work in the Americas region.

  • Experience with quality governance systems, risk management frameworks, continuous improvement methodology, and quality KPI management.

  • Experience using production quality data, dashboards, or analytics to improve visibility, support decision-making, and prioritize risk mitigation.

  • Experience supporting high-visibility product categories, professional sport partnerships, team product, or global event product where quality risk carries elevated consumer, athlete, partner, and brand impact.
