Job summary

MUSC Health - Florence Medical Center is seeking a full-time board certified or board eligible Anesthesiologist to join a team-based practice in Florence, SC. We require BC/BE in Anesthesiology and SC licensure eligibility, with experience in vascular, obstetric, pediatric, neuro, ambulatory, regional, orthopedic and ENT anesthesia and ultrasound-guided nerve blocks.

Cardiac/thoracic anesthesia is optional.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Anesthesiology as required.
• Eligible for South Carolina licensure.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal leadership within the Division and institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide team-based anesthesiology care in Florence, SC.
• Perform vascular, obstetric, pediatric, neuro, ambulatory, regional, orthopedic and ENT anesthesia with ultrasound-guided nerve blocks.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses and staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Cardiac/thoracic anesthesia is optional.
