We are seeking an experienced Lead Android Engineer to help us enhance our Android platform. This high-impact role involves shaping the user experience for diverse communities and participating in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.

As part of our Android team, you'll learn and adapt quickly, balancing speed and quality to deliver features that matter. Our app utilizes Kotlin, Android Jetpack, unidirectional data flow, dependency injection, reactive programming, unit testing, end-to-end testing, and the robot pattern. While familiarity with all these isn't required, daily use is expected. We value kindness and teamwork alongside technical skills.

This role suits those who enjoy autonomy, ownership, and hands-on coding, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to create impactful features. With no dedicated QA team, emphasis is placed on writing reliable, well-tested code and influencing product direction through experimentation.
