Job summary

LANNETT COMPANY, INC is seeking a Supervisor to oversee a team of analysts conducting laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process, and release samples for pre-commercial drug products. The role includes method transfers/validations, technical review, and preparing responses to FDA deficiency letters as needed.

You will lead a team of chemists and lab technicians, ensuring timely testing and data integrity in a cGMP-regulated environment, with responsibilities spanning project management,

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical product analysis experience in a cGMP-regulated lab.
• Supervisory experience leading a team of analysts.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies to delegate responsibilities and organize workflows while monitoring and evaluating task completion.
• Ensure testing is completed by the due date and communicate material issues or delays to internal customers.
• Provide technical support, review validation protocols/reports and analytical procedures for IND/ANDA/NDA submissions.
• Demonstrates ability to lead a team of analysts and manage multiple projects independently while maintaining professionalism.
• Participates in the selection, development/training and evaluation of direct reports, including performance reviews.
