Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in financial services or wealth management domains.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of requirements for complex tech initiatives.
• Translate objectives into actionable requirements, user stories, process models, and specifications.
• Conduct business process analysis, gap assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews across business and tech teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, UX, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Assist in QA and UAT, validate test scenarios, ensure alignment with business needs.
• Develop processes, wireframes, data flow diagrams, and docs; leverage AI where possible.
• Serve as SME for assigned domains and assist in production issue triage.
• Support after-hours activities as needed.
