Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in space planning, planograms, floorplans, or category merchandising.
• Experience in retail merchandising, CPG, category management, or related industries preferred.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to align merchandising strategies with client objectives and business priorities.
• Analyze customer, market, and competitive data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Interpret complex analytical findings and communicate recommendations to diverse audiences.
