Job summary

Bennett Aerospace, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Lead Analyst to support international activities and technology export-control requirements. The position can be located in the Aberdeen, MD area or the Ft.

Belvoir, VA area. You will evaluate the exportability of technologies, contribute to export policy, and assist in coordinating international agreements and data exchange with government personnel.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of export-control or technology-export experience.
• Knowledge of exportability assessments and international agreements.
• Ability to explain export-related considerations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong research and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of organizational export policy.
• Assess technologies for exportability and identify export-control considerations.
• Evaluate novel sensor technologies and provide recommendations for maturation.
• Draft, staff, and maintain international agreements.
• Coordinate data exchange, project, and personnel exchange agreements.
• Arrange international visits and meetings with foreign and government personnel.
• Prepare analyses, briefings, and status reports.
• Maintain records of international agreements and export actions.
