As the Lead Analyst, you develop, analyze, enhance, implement, maintain, and support field-based solutions for DePuy Synthes You have a focus on both the business, deployment improvements, and the technical aspects of solution management. You will work in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Supply Chain to understand business needs and to identify Supply Chain opportunities that improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support projects to develop and test Orthopedic inventory management and other supply chain digital solutions, including developing actionable recommendations and implementation strategies
• Lead and support the implementation of customer deployments and pilots of field-based inventory management and other supply chain digital solutions
• Lead discussions with internal teams and customers to determine opportunities to improve inventory optimization and digital solution expansion across all franchises.
• Support digital solution marketing and adoption across various customer segments (ASCs, Trauma Centers, IDNs, Hospitals, etc.)
• Shape scorecards/dashboards to track progress against specific customer initiatives and educate MedTech teams on the processes and systems needed to address customer goals and challenges.
• Seek & lead continuous improvement and standardization of customer engagements/deployments and tracking within the team for supported solutions.
• Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy to assess the supply chain, recommend and implement solutions, and plan and provide significant recommendations for consideration into Supply Chain Customer Solutions Team.
• Mine and analyze data across multiple data sources: Order to Cash (multiple), Transportation, Finance, Distribution, E-Commerce, Cost to Serve; as well as customer provided data sets.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Experience and Skills Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant Supply Chain/ Distribution Logistics experience is required
• Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams within a highly matrixed organization, sometimes requiring managing and leading without authority is required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and advanced analytical skills is required.
• MS PowerPoint and MS Excel proficiency, is required

Preferred:

• Supply Chain experience within a Healthcare environment and/or a distributor of medical and surgical supplies preferred
• Customer service experience and/or experience interacting directly with customers is preferred
• Project Management experience preferred
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including the use of Lookup Functions, Pivot Tables, Macros, and the import/export of data, is preferred
• Experience/Proficiency with MS Project and/or MS Visio flowcharting preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or Tableau preferred
• LEAN/Process Excellence experience, training, or certification is preferred
• APIC, FPX/PMP, or CPM certifications are a preferred

Other:

Located in Raritan, NJ with considerations made for other US locations or remote Requires up to 40% domestics travel **Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

• Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
• Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
