  • Direct, guide and participate in design activities for ICs across multiple applications.
  • Assign tasks, set schedules and monitor progress.
  • Evaluate intermediate and final results during design and silicon evaluation to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with physical designers and monitor IC layout progress.
  • Work with verification, system, and marketing teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Interface with customers and TI field teams to understand needs and provide support.
  • Participate in hiring and developing personnel to grow the organization.
