CACI is seeking a Technical Analyst Lead to support the C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role leads a team of technical analysts, conducts all-source analysis, and produces exploitation reports to support U.S. and coalition forces.

The candidate should hold TS/SCI clearance with MI or EOD background, possess strong writing and briefing skills, and have experience with weapons technology and C-UAS/C-IED analysis. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• MILITARY Intelligence (MI) or EOD MOS background with formal training (e.g. 35F, 89D).
• Experience with all-source intelligence analytical production and reporting.
• BA/BS or associate’s degree plus 7 yrs. experience or 9 yrs. experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of technical analyst professionals.
• Conduct all-source analysis and disseminate information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
• Produce finished exploitation reports combining multiple forensics disciplines to support DOD exploitation efforts.
• Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g. TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) from all levels of classified information to support exploitation efforts to enable threat network targeting.
• Conduct technical analysis of and exploitation of Unmanned Systems, IEDs, and other improvised weapons systems incidents to determine technical profiles.
• Assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
• Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g. TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) from all levels of classified information.
• Travel CONUS and OCONUS (including possible conflict areas) on short notice to support theater level exploitation efforts.
• Deploy and perform duties independently and in austere environments.
