Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced electronic trading technical lead to advance its market-leading equities delta1 algo trading systems. You will lead and grow teams globally, build and support trading strategies and engines using core Java in a high-volume, low-latency environment.

You will work with global trading, quant and IT teams across the lifecycle from requirements through deployment, delivering scalable infrastructure and tools for the desk.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-office trading environments with quantitative traders.
• Proven track record leading and growing teams globally.
• Deep knowledge of electronic trading systems and cash/ETF/futures markets.
