Job summary

You will act as the Owner's on-site senior representative, directing field personnel and coordinating with inspectors and contractors.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction observation, inspection, or management.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass airport security and FBI background checks.
• Authorization to work in the United States and travel throughout Florida.
• Preferred credentials include PE/CCM or NICET certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction observation on large, complex, or multi-phase projects.
• Serve as the primary field representative for the Owner.
• Coordinate inspectors, technicians, and junior RPR staff.
• Review schedules, pay applications, change orders, and project documentation.
• Identify construction issues and facilitate resolution with project stakeholders.
• Lead progress meetings, substantial completion inspections, and final acceptance inspections.
• Mentor and coach junior staff; support risk management and budgeting.
• Assist with business development and client relations as appropriate.
