Job summary

Qualifications

• Current valid FAA Airframe license.
• Powerplant license a plus with no history of infractions.
• 3 to 10 years’ experience preferred.
• Experience in FAA Part 145 repair station required and Part 135 experience preferred.
• Inspection Authorization a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft manuals and specs to determine repair method.

Responsibilities

• Ensure aircraft are maintained to airworthiness standards per regulations, directives and company policies.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair airframes and engines using hand tools and test equipment.
• Maintain high quality and integrity in all maintenance activities.
• Repair or replace defective components based on test results and drawings.
• Use precision instruments to measure parts for wear and perform necessary replacements.
• Collaborate with FAA, manufacturers, pilots and other technicians as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
