Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Staff AI Systems Engineer in California to guide AI-driven ADAS and autonomous driving initiatives. You will lead architecture decisions, shape testing frameworks, and elevate capabilities across engineering teams.

You will collaborate with autonomy software leads, validation, and cloud infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable self-driving systems and scalable data pipelines across SiL/HiL environments.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of engineering experience in software/data/automation for autonomous systems or distributed platforms.
2+ years leading architecture or strategy across multiple teams.
Expert Python and C++ with production-grade data pipelines or testing infra.
Experience with robotics logging formats and cloud data storage.

Responsibilities

Architect and scale AI/ML failure triage and RCA frameworks for petabyte-scale data.
Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of ADAS/Autonomy software.
Guide cross-functional teams, integrating CI/CD and cloud replay pipelines.
Establish best practices for log data, analytics, and ML pipelines reliability.
Collaborate with autonomy leads, validation, and cloud infra teams.
