Qualifications

• Ability to lead large projects and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and architecture of agentic AI solutions and integration patterns.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities across the portfolio and set engineering best practices.
• Mentor teams and coordinate across stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Define evaluation frameworks for model quality, accuracy, safety and performance.
