Job summary

You will define and deliver an AI-powered engineering framework transforming software delivery from requirements to deployment using AI agents.

The role involves leading an existing engineering team while driving the enterprise-wide transition to AI-native software development.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
• Experience as Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing an Agentic SDLC or AI-driven SDLC.
• Proven experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, and agent orchestration frameworks.

Location: New Jersey, NJ (Onsite)

Annual Salary: $130k to $150k+ benefits

Client Update

• Looking for candidates who have good experience with the software SDLC process and have applied or brought in AI to help enhance and redefine the various steps of the SDLC from requirements gathering to design to testing and production migration.
• We are looking to apply Agentic AI solutions to speedup and better automate the process steps requiring few human steps and supporting a fast throughout.
• We are learning towards spec-based development so experience with any of the related tools will be great.
• We have google environment so preferably looking for candidates with exposure/experience with the google tools.
• Insurance experience will be good

• Lead the architecture and implementation of an Agentic SDLC across the software development lifecycle.
• Design and orchestrate AI agents for requirements analysis, solution design, code generation, testing, documentation, CI/CD, deployment, and operations.
• Define enterprise architecture, governance, security, and best practices for AI-driven software engineering.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams in adopting agentic development methodologies.
• Evaluate and integrate modern LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to accelerate product delivery through AI.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
• Experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing an Agentic SDLC or AI-driven Software Development Lifecycle is mandatory.
• Proven experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and driving enterprise technology transformation.
• Experience with AI engineering tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Gemini Code Assist.

Nice to Have

• Insurance domain experience (Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, or Insurance Data Platforms).
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, LLM evaluation, and observability platforms.
