Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles with technical leadership experience.
• 5+ years of full stack development experience and strong cloud/Microservices exposure.

• Identify, define, and execute end-to-end AI-enabled strategic solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within assigned projects or areas.

Actively lead and participate in theArchitecture community to drive modernization opportunities for Healthcare Business Unit while keeping in mind the complexities of our IT landscape.**Required Qualifications*** 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles (technical lead, solution architect, enterprise architect)* Strong experience in understanding non-functional requirements (SLA, response time, real time, near real time, multi-threading) and ability to create designs that meet the non-functional requirements.* 5+ years of full stack development experience* 5+ years of SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis and any relevant database experience* 5+ years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices, and API design.* 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies.* Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka.* experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks (Angular/JavaScript).* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.* Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and business processes.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Preferred experience in interoperability FHIR HL7 standards* Experience/certification in one or more cloud platforms (Salesforce, GCP, Azure & AWS) is preferred.* Experience in large scale migration efforts from legacy technology/Asset to a modern/new Asset is preferred**Education*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field or equivalent experience required**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$106,605.00 - $260,590.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
