Job summary

The Clearing House is seeking an Information Security Manager – AI Security & Harness Engineering to lead the technical integration of advanced AI across the Information Security program. This hands-on role builds secure AI harnesses, automated workflows, and threat-hunting capabilities, collaborating with Security, Engineering, Cloud, and DevSecOps to move AI from experiments to controlled production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering experience with AI/LLM platforms and security workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and API integrations for security tools.
• Experience with frontier AI models such as Claude, OpenAI, Bedrock or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, tool use, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating AI into cybersecurity, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, application security, or cloud security workflows.
• Strong AWS experience including IAM, networking, security services, APIs, logging, and IaC.
• Familiarity with SIEM/XDR, vulnerability management platforms, endpoint security, source code scanning, cloud security tools, threat intelligence.
• Understanding of software vulnerabilities, attack paths, secure coding, threat modeling, and remediation.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Jenkins or similar, containers, and modern software practices.
• Ability to prototype new capabilities and convert experiments into secure production workflows.
• Strong communication skills to explain AI/cybersecurity concepts to leadership, engineers, auditors.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, AI RMF, and secure AI development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI harnesses and agentic security workflows that securely connect AI models with security tools, source code, infrastructure, and data.
• Engineer workflows that use AI to support vulnerability discovery, attack-path analysis, threat modeling, secure code analysis, threat hunting, and remediation validation.
• Integrate AI capabilities with security platforms, cloud environments, APIs, development pipelines, vulnerability management tools, and telemetry.
• Develop automated processes to identify, validate, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities with human review controls.
• Build repeatable testing frameworks enabling security teams to use multiple AI models for validation of findings.
• Partner with Application Development and DevSecOps to integrate AI-driven security analysis into SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities to analyze AWS and other clouds for weaknesses, privilege paths, and attack chains.
• Work with SOC and threat-hunting teams on AI-assisted workflows for alerts and investigations.
• Evaluate emerging frontier AI models and tools for safe integration into the security program.
• Establish safeguards for AI workflows including access controls, data protection, logging, and testing.
• Measure improvements in vulnerability identification, remediation time, analyst productivity, and coverage.
• Document architectures, workflows, operating procedures, and security controls for production AI.
