Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping AI/ML models from prototype to production at scale.
• Deep expertise in post-training, including fine-tuning and learning from user feedback.
• Strong inference optimization for self-hosted models (latency, throughput, GPU).
• Experience applying LLMs or multimodal models to video applications.
• Able to set the technical roadmap, review architecture, and mentor engineers.
