• Experience applying AI to production problems.
• Proven production deployment impact.
• Experience diagnosing production systems via telemetry and config.
• Proficient in C++, Java, Python, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience shipping complex production systems.
• Ability to influence senior engineers without direct authority.
• Strong leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define technical vision and architecture for agentic reliability systems.
• Design and ship production agentic systems for infrastructure problems.
• Lead development of an AI agent for production incident investigation and mitigation.
• Improve agent reasoning, context, tool use, planning, and safe execution.
• Apply techniques like RL, fine-tuning, distillation, to improve agent.
• Identify new AI applications across incident prevention, detection, and observability.
• Prototype to production with real workloads.
• Build evaluation systems linking agent quality to outcomes.
• Establish guardrails including authorization and auditability.
