Job Summary

Wisewit is looking for a Lead AI Python Developer with extensive experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and industrial AI applications. The candidate must have hands‑on experience developing and deploying AI solutions in factory, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Computer Vision solutions for industrial applications.
• Build AI models for object detection, defect detection, image classification, segmentation, and video analytics.
• Work with CCTV, IP cameras, and real-time video processing systems.
• Develop scalable Python applications and REST APIs.
• Optimize and deploy AI models in production environments.
• Lead technical development, mentor developers, and collaborate with clients.

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Extensive experience in Computer Vision and Deep Learning.
• Hands‑on experience with OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, YOLO, or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience implementing AI solutions in factory/manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of image processing, object detection, segmentation, and real-time video analytics.
• Familiarity with FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs, Docker, and Git.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on Computer Vision experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end industrial AI/Computer Vision projects.
• Proven production deployment experience.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and onsite implementations.

Good to Have

• NVIDIA GPU, CUDA, TensorRT, or DeepStream experience.
• Industrial inspection, quality control, and defect detection.
• Edge AI and industrial automation.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents.

Note:

Candidates without practical factory/industrial Computer Vision implementation experience may not be suitable for this role.
