Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. seeks a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to guide AI product analytics for the Cat AI Assistant. You will define metrics, analyze user behavior, and enable data-driven decisions across internal users and dealers.

You will build dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, model data in Snowflake, and mentor others while moving from dashboards to trusted product insights. This role emphasizes governance and scalable analytics practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in data-related field.
Experience translating data into actionable product insights.
Strong knowledge of analytics methods and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead technical expert for product analytics and guide teams.
Analyze usage patterns, funnels, adoption, and engagement.
Design and build dashboards for product and executive stakeholders.
Model datasets and ensure data reliability in Snowflake or equivalent.
Establish governance for adoption reporting and data quality checks.
Support experimentation and connect analytics to roadmap decisions.
Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Customer teams.
