Job summary

Scribd, Inc. is hiring a product leader to drive our company-wide AI transformation, with the developer platform at its center.

You’ll help define the agentic engineering stack and shape the developer and agent workflows across Scribd, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Data teams. You’ll work closely with developers to uncover friction, translate needs into platform requirements, and measure success by adoption, throughput, and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI-enabled developer tools or internal productivity platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, product, and data teams.
• Ability to define strategy, sequence workstreams, and deliver end-to-end product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the unified agentic enablement roadmap across Scribd’s developer tools.
• Be the product owner for internal app and agent platforms (platforms, marketplace, runtime).
• Translate workflows from functions into platform requirements and guide implementation.
• Drive cross-functional commitments to ensure cohesive delivery and reduce fragmentation.
• Define adoption and success metrics and report progress to leadership.
