Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to embed with enterprise clients, designing and deploying agentic workflows across cloud-native platforms. You will architect enterprise AI agents, integrate multiple AI providers, and ensure robust, secure production systems with observability and governance.

Required are 3+ years in cloud-native engineering, 1+ year in agentic solutions, 3+ years with AI platforms, and 5+ years in Python/Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• 3+ years engineering cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ year designing/deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 3+ years with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• 5+ years coding in Python/Java; production deployment, CI/CD, IaC, monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with orchestration and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, serverless, and CI/CD to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic apps for domains like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure accuracy, latency, safety, cost.
